Did you know that the first signs of a clogged up, or backed up drain can be a foul odour and a glupping noise as the waste water (sanitary water) exits the drainage system and sometimes waste water may drain slowly. These are an indication that the drain pipes are becoming clogged with waste deposits and debris such as grease and soap scum and it's time to have them cleaned. If you do notice one or more of these warning signs as described, don't let it continue until it becomes a bigger problem and prevent an untimely inconvenience or worse, a drain backup, which could result in damage to the property or even an insurance claim. Call a professional drain cleaning service to solve the problem and regain your peace of mind. A look inside a kitchen drain, note the amount of build up stuck to the walls of the pipe.

I've got some drains that are going down very slowly. The methods that I used to clean them out clearly didn't work. As you showed here, I should probably have someone come and inspect the pipes as I bet it would look something like the first picture.

We're glad you explained how we must avoid a drain backup at all costs since they're very expensive to repair. My wife and I suspect something's off with our drains since they keep getting clogged and smell really bad, so we'll follow your advice and find a plumber to inspect our house right away. Thanks for the advice on what to do if we notice any smell coming from our drains.

Thanks so much for talking about the symptoms that mean you're drains are clogged and need cleaning. My brother has been complaining about his house drains not draining fast enough. We'll have to look into hiring a professional to help him clean and repair the drains so they can work again.

I totally agree when you said that we should not let any issue get worse before we get it fixed, especially when there are warning signs. I will tell my brother to hire a drain repair service tomorrow to address the problem I noticed in his home. My husband and I visited earlier, and the pipes in the bathroom seem to have very minimal leaking which I noticed when I had to pee.

Thank you for pointing out that this is a sign that the drain pipes need to be cleaned because they are becoming blocked with waste materials and debris like oil and soap scum. My sister claimed that grease clogs her drain. I'll ask her to make a call to the plumbing company.

It got me when you said that we should not neglect the issues when there are one or more warning signs showing. I will share this information with my brother because he mentioned his bathroom issue. It seems like it has been taking too long to flush down the toilet, so there might already be a blocked drain in his home.
